‘’ Our initial need was to find a simple, easy-to-grasp tool to manage the documentary repository with multi-criteria research and validation workflow in multiuser and multi-site within the SME that is ours. We have recently been using QUALIPRO for just over six months. It is very simple, complete, scalable and modular. From easy document management to advanced skills management, information is available in real time and in a fluid way. We even had the comfort of having it with a health and safety module at work for the management of risks and incidents. It is planned to add other optional modules. The base seems complete and the interface is so practical that the zapping can be mastered by all the levels of our collaborators. The product perfectly meets our needs. However, its strength in my opinion is not only the software itself, whose core is based on the action plan, but the "Saphir Consult" team which manages it and which makes the difference given That there exists around us an infinite number of QSE management software architectures from the simplest to the most sophisticated. Knowing perfectly the requirements of the standards and the demand of the companies, the extended team of «Saphir Consult» is always available and ready to evolve its product with assistance of the customers in real time. ’’
