‘’ Convinced that a digital solution is the best way to manage everything that is quality documentation, I use QUALIPRO in my laboratory since the first day I decided to be certified. I end up using QUALIPRO not only for the documentation, but also for all the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. I use QUALIPRO as well for the management of a simple meeting or training, as for the management of non conformities, improvement actions to be launched as well as customer satisfaction (satisfaction surveys, complaints, ... ). QUALIPRO allowed me simply to have a quality management system organized according to the ISO 9001 standard from the first day of its installation and this is what allowed me to be certified in less than one year . QUALIPRO's modular approach helps us both in managing access rights and in our everyday work to report nonconformities, to organize training or just to record the minutes of a meeting. With its latest version, QUALIPRO now allows us to manage absolutely all the records resulting from the activity of our laboratory and to bring us closer to our objective "zero paper" I am currently working on the move to an ISO 15189 accreditation and I intend to continue to use QUALIPRO to manage all the requirements of this accreditation since it is already ready for this type of projects. ...
